High Lake Condominiums is a cluster of owner occupied Manor Homes located near the downtown in Winfield Illinois. Some homes are on a lake; all others are with in a half a block of it. The community has 34 two story buildings consisting of either four or eight homes for a total of 240 homes. Each home is a ranch style with first floor units on the ground floor. Climb the stairs to get to the second story homes. A common front door opens to an entryway and hallway that allows access to each of the four homes. Each home has a one car garage that is accessed via the common hallway. In front of each garage is a driveway that will accommodate one car.

Condo Association

The High Lake community was built in two phases with common areas shared by all residents. The first phase buildings and second phase buildings are managed by different elected Boards Of Directors guided by Illinois Condo association laws. These two associations each contract with a licensed management company to provide needed professional management services. The two associations each have a set of by-laws and rules and regulations.
