High Lake's developers tried to capture some of the spirit of England's Lake District; a spectacular national park boasting many lakes. High Lake's streets are named after some of the picturesque villages scattered through this Lake District.
The High Lake community was built in two phases with common areas shared by all residents. The first phase buildings and second phase buildings are managed by different elected Boards Of Directors guided by Illinois Condo association laws. These two associations each contract with a licensed management company to provide needed professional management services. The two associations each have a set of by-laws and rules.
